Due to COVID-19 mask are to be worn throughout the duration of your service. Cancellation policy: You will be charged for 100% of your services if your appointment Is not canceled within 24hours or if you are a “no call no show”. I understand that life happens but as a courtesy, please call or message me if anything changes on the day of your appointment. Color service policy: Color must be booked in the salon after a regular appointment/consultation only to asses the condition of your hair -You cannot opt out of a chemical service the day of your appointment, doing so will still deem you responsible for the total quoted for your service that day. -If appointment is not confirmed it will be cancelled -there is a 15min grace period, after the 15 min grace period, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of your service as it would be consider a “no show” *If you are coming out of any braids or protective styles please make sure your hair is detangled from root to ends and ready for the shampoo bowl. Fail to do so will result in a $50 detangling fee* *I accept card (there is a processing fee if card is used) , Zelle or cash only *Absolutely no refunds*
